The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Immunization Safety Office said a study of 370,000 doses given to girls and young women over the past two years found no evidence that the vaccine causes an increased risk of blood clots or other serious conditions, Bloomberg News reported.

Benefits of stop Smoking

Without any doubt the benefits of stop smoking are numerous and the American Cancer Society and other Global Cancer Societies would like you to be aware of just how many benefits there are.

It is also a fact that scientific research technically can't prove that smoking causes cancer and overall bad health, but I think that everyone can imagine that running in a hall full of smoke will have you fast fatigued than running in an environment without smoke. Everyone will agree on that fact, so just imagine your lungs that give you the air to run and walk and you just fill it up with smoke and nicotine what will happen with your condition - exactly you have very little condition and you run out of air very quickly.

And I think it also makes common sense and more than just mere coincidence that smoking is strongly associated with developing cancer even so some heavy smoker not heaving cancer problems. We also should agree that the environment in general has also some ingredients that can develop cancer - just imagine the stuff our industry develops and all the chemicals flying in the air and breathing all that stuff.

But even if we know that it's better to stop smoking, that doesn't mean that it is so easy to quit. It takes like everything in life a certain process to get our body used to.

One of the reasons that it is so hard to stop smoking is because of the addictive properties of nicotine. Secondly people can develop a physical or a psychological addiction to any drug, and certainly with tobacco, smokers find themselves craving nicotine and developing an emotional dependence on it.

At the first stage of smoking, smoking gives people a high as the brain responds to the nicotine, but after time the body also becomes accustomed to it and it needs higher and higher concentrations to achieve the same high that it is used to at a lower level. Every body reacts differently; some may also experience negative effects of withdrawal like headaches, shaking and insomnia. Obvious those smokers start therefore to increase the amount of nicotine, which is smoking more and more cigarettes, and slowly without feeling it becomes an addiction, that is difficult to overcome easy. Some people take more time if they convinced that they have or will stop and some will never get rid of stop smoking because they are not mentally prepared to do so.

The consequences of nicotine addiction are an increase risk of developing cancer, but even if you are forget about cancer, there are many other negative symptoms that are sublet but significant like:

Harder to breathe,

Smell of smoke surrounding you and pervading everywhere you go,

Your teeth becoming stained,

Impaired ability to think,

Less stamina,

More anxiety,

Less money due to spending it on cigarettes,

Less condition to walk or run,

But let's not forget the people around you, you are also putting the people around you at risk, because other people can inhale the carcinogens and it can also be passed to an infant during pregnancy. Therefore some of the benefits of stop smoking are less risk of:

Developing cancer,

Being able to breathe fresh air,

Whiter looking teeth,

Ability to think more clearly,

More stamina, less anxiety,

Spending less money,

More condition for fitness,

When stopping to abuse nicotine, you'll realize that the benefits of stop smoking extend to all areas of life, in terms of health, intelligence, social life, family life and economics.

You can learn more about all the benefits of stop smoking by taking the Great American Smokeout Challenge. This event is organized every year by the American Cancer Society. It takes place on the 3rd Thursday of November. The idea is that you quit smoking for 24hours and participate in activities they have on this day. There are lots of activities like bonfires, rallies, athletic events, talking with other people who are trying to get rid of that bad habit. In short words it is a day for smokers to receive attention and support and make them feeling that they are not alone in trying to get rid of this terrible nicotine addiction.
